All products have 30 days easy replacement warranty.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
For software products, we do not offer refunds. We only do replacements for non-working licenses. If your license does not work, we’ll help you troubleshoot the issue and if everything fails, we’ll replace it with a new one. Given the nature of the products, a refund is not possible in any condition. We expect you to clear all your doubts and queries with us and make an informed decision before purchasing any product.
Software compatibility is entirely a responsibility of the customer to check as we are the license seller, Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues
